After quality printing and enhancement, a Bigfoot photo taken 9/27/06  on an expedition in CA

can now be shown. On Dec. 9, lab manager Jim Moy of MONACO FILM LABS, SF,CA

stated that after his analysis of the negative, he feels that "no alterations were done."

Bigfoot was photographed while unseen in High Sierras of CA, when members of

a camping trip encountered screams by a possible Bigfoot in reponse to "Call blasting"

of other bigfoot screams, and found several old Bigfoot tracks. However,during a walk around

the other side of a pond  at the El Dorado National Forest site, ( between Stockton and Lake Tahoe)

Jon-Erik Beckjord, of NASAI,  investigated a spot expedition secretary  Chris Pitts had seen a brief flash of what seemed

like Bigfoot from the previous day, and while standing there, took  several photos of the campsite looking

across the pond.  In two photos in 35mm color film,using  a pocket camera, there appears

to be a Bigfoot creature standing by a camp vehicle, looking back at the camera. A head, torso, and a well-muscled  arm are

visible. Also, many peopleare able to see a male organ on the creature in the photo. (Note - there was a tent rope to the tree,

on which some laundry was drying. Also the tentrope supported a blue tarp.  The  head has a strong and wide nose. In one

shot, Ms Pitts is standing 30 feet away and in the other, she is not visible. The film was 200 asa Kodak color print film. Shot 5

was normal view, and shot 6 was telephoto. Beckjord, the photographer, did not see the creature, some 200 feet away, as often

happens at this site during previous expeditions. Assuming the car is 5.5 ft in height, the creature looks to be about 10 ft. For

some reason,these creatures feel safer when men are out of the camp area, such as across a creek or pond, at least 200 feet

away.

(Perhaps they are traumatized by deer hunters with rifles, and are cautious.)  In any case, they are more timid than chimps

at Gombe Stream, where Dr. Jane Goodall did her research. Dr. Goodall has stated several times that she feels there is

possibility that such large primates as these may inhabit North America.

Several biologists have viewed the image, and one has been willing to make a limited statement. Dr. Thomas Tomasi

of SW Missouri State Univ., says that it looks to him like "a large unidentified primate".

People on the street, of all backgrounds, from doctors to clerks, say: "What's that big monkey?"

A common question: "Why didn't you use an expensive camera with a telephoto lens?"

A: 1) Beckjord walked around the creek only expecting to see some tracks and to photo them, so took only

a simple pocket camera for that task. 2) Controverial as it may seem, Bigfoot has a history at this campsite

(and elsewhere) of avoiding  big, fancy cameras and does get on film with cheap, simple and small cameras.

Perhaps telephoto lenses look like a rifle. 3) Our research shows that Bigfoot happens into photos without

the photographer seeing anything, as if by chance. Bigfoot does not pose like a deer or elk. You cannot

"plan" to photograph bigfoot. It is all quite weird and odd to outsiders, but that is the way it is.

Important ! Note that "distance compression" is in effect here. Objects at a long distance from the camera tend
to look compressed and flattened when enlarged. This is not so when the distance is maybe 20-30 feet. In this
photos, we have a tree, a car, a Bigfoot and then bushes behind them all. For some, this is hard to make out.

Grainy? Well, the range was 200 feet. The enlargement is over 200 x. Any such enlargement will seem grainy. Bigfoot does not
stand and pose, like a cow or squirrel.

The combination of a relatively sharp still image of a humanoid, tall, standing next to an object
of known size, (a car) plus these additional images of the creatures, as if a tribe, makes
this expedition the second best such expedition after that of Roger Patterson and Bob Gimlin
in 1967. (took 16 mm film). The third would be the 2003 expedition that resulted in the Skookum
body cast.

News:  Expedition secretary Chris Pitts of Reno and Richmond, recently processed her $9.95  Longs Drugstore
camera, and found an image of  Bigfoot waving back at her from 220 feet. She had seen it and had taken
photos hoping it would show up in them. It did.

The white objects are tree trunks and the black object is a Bigfoot, peeking from around a tree, waving
one arm. The features of a face are barely visible and NASAI is making more enlargements in order
to make these features more visible.  Other creatures are in the same frame, but will require more enlargement
work to be seen properly. Bigfoot creatures tend to run in groups or tribes, so seeing more than one is reasonable.
