With all due respect to their hard work and diligence,  Dr Kellepher and team brought in
lots of instruments, measuing gear, spectometers, GPS units, magnetic measurement tools, etc.

They got some sightings, some contacts, but no decent photos.

The NASAI technique is more  "Skinwalker friendly"  and uses minimal equipment.
Cheap, small cameras, dressing in shorts, even bathing suits, acting as if just campers.
Perhaps in the future, using psychics. Small team. Some call blasting.

As a result, the phenomenon warmed up to us  and let us get a good photo in Sept, 06, and
others in 04, and 1978-1981-, 1999.

Too much gear equals a threat.
